Hosting

Corticaldesign runs a dedicated Linux / Apache web server at a data centre in the United States where we host the Node1 CMS platform as well as our client websites.

Our server is specifically optimised for the Node1 platform. Other clients are also hosted on our server running their own code base.

If you are a customer using Node1 CMS, hosting is not a prerequisite with us unless you take out a subscription to Node1 CMS.

• FTP access to the server
• SSH access to the server
• Ability to run cron tasks
• Separate mailer IP address for bulk mails

Support

Our clients tell us that the most important issue they worry about is support. We can't compete with the large hosting companies on price but we do offer a human face to web hosting and offer both direct telephone and email support.

Backups

As part of our standard package, we make backups of sites on our server to a remote location on a monthly basis. You can also opt for weekly or daily backups. We can also provide backup files for customers to download should they require this.
